Admission Procedure
A straightforward 4-stage process for prospective students and guardians.
Form Collection
Obtain the admission form from the school counter or download the official PDF from this portal.
Document Assembly
Attach verified copies of birth certificate, previous report cards, transfer certificates, and Aadhaar card.
Verification & Desk Review
Submit documents at the school office desk during working hours (11:00 AM - 03:00 PM) for verification.
Enrollment & Banglar Shiksha ID
Student enrollment finalized and entered into the state Banglar Shiksha e-portal with unique Student Code.
Required Documents Checklist
- Original & photocopy of Government Birth Certificate (issued by Gram Panchayat or Municipality).
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from previously attended institution (mandatory for Class VI and above).
- Banglar Shiksha Student Code / Student Profile transfer slip.
- Photocopy of Student Aadhaar Card and Guardian's Aadhaar/Voter Card.
- 3 recent passport-sized colored photographs of the student.
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) where applicable for government scholarship registry.
Eligibility & Fee Policy
As a Government-Sponsored institution, tuition is completely free for all secondary classes (Class V to Class X) under the Right to Education (RTE) framework. Free textbooks, school uniforms, and mid-day meals are provided.
Higher Secondary (Class XI - XII) Admissions:
Admissions to Higher Secondary Arts and Science streams occur immediately following the publication of WBBSE Madhyamik results.
- Science Stream: Minimum qualifying marks in Mathematics & Physical Science required.
- Arts Stream: Open to all eligible Madhyamik passed students based on subject vacancy.
- Nominal developmental fee as approved by WBCHSE.
